Stages of the Firm Establishment Process

1. Initial Consultation
The first step begins with a consultation session to understand the needs and structure of the firm you want to establish. Our team will provide guidance on the right type of firm, legal requirements, and estimated costs and time.

2. Document Collection
After consultation, we will help you prepare and collect the necessary documents, such as the founders' identities, business addresses, and other information needed to draft the firm's deed.


3. Drafting & Approval of Deeds
The completed documents will be used to draw up the deed of establishment of the firm. This deed will then be certified by a notary in accordance with the applicable laws in Indonesia.

4. Registration & Legal Administration
The NPWP is automatically issued upon approval of the CV through the SABU system. A physical card can be requested at the local tax office .


5. The Firm is Ready to Operate
Once all legal documents are complete, your firm is officially established and can immediately begin conducting business activities. We also provide additional assistance if needed for initial operations.
