Yes, our Virtual Office has received PKP confirmation according to regulations in Indonesia, this is because we are a Virtual Office provider accredited by Perjakbi which meets all government requirements and regulations. We also provide PKP application services to help your business to process all documents to obtain a PKP confirmation letter from the Directorate General of Taxes.      

Facilities that can be used at all branches are only for VO Gold, VO Platinum and VO 4.0 packages.          

Yes, but law firms that can use the Virtual Office service are individual law firms that include a Peradi card as a replacement for the company's AKTA.    

All Virtual Office packages start with a minimum 1 year contract and payment in accordance with the issuance of a Domicile Letter which is valid for 1 year. However, we have a payment system that can make it easier for you with monthly installments using either a credit card or without a credit card, such as through Tokopedia.  

We have no hidden prices and charge the same prices for all branches. If there is a price difference, it is due to ongoing promotions.

If you don't/don't have company legality, you can still rent a Virtual Office on an individual basis. But we cannot issue a domicile letter because it requires an AKTA + Company Decree attached.  
    

Meeting Room facilities can only be used on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and during business operating hours. Outside this time, additional fees will be charged according to the provisions of each branch.  

Prices vary depending on location and room capacity required.

The concept of the Serviced Office that we rent is in 1 (one) unit divided into several Private Office rooms with a capacity of 3 - 6 people. If you need more capacity, you can rent several rooms according to your needs and availability. The rental price includes facilities such as furniture, electricity, wifi, meeting room, pantry, lounge, etc. The meeting room, pantry, lounge and receptionist facilities will be shared with other tenants.    

Our serviced offices can be rented for daily, weekly, monthly or yearly rental terms.

Yes, PMA can rent a Virtual Office, our legal team will help and answer further questions. Apart from that, we can also help establish PMA in Indonesia.

The Domicile Certificate will be issued within 1 (one) working day, starting after all the required documents have been received.

Yes, we have a bundling package for Legality Creation + Virtual Office with general PT/CV business requirements and legality requirements only up to SIUP and NIB. If you need further PERMIT, please inform our sales team further.
