Reservations

When users purchase paid services, we request information from users on the order form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, email address and billing address). If we have problems processing an order, the information provided will be used to contact the user

Profile

We store the information we collect through cookies and file logs to create profiles of our users. Profiles are information that we store and mark for individual users detailing their preferences. Therefore, the information collected is attached to users' personal information to provide offers and improve the content of our site for users. Subject to the legal exceptions contained in the Privacy Policy, vOffice will not disclose fax numbers, telephone numbers or email addresses uploaded to our Website by our users to third parties for the purpose of using vOffice products or services.

When users purchase paid services, we request information from users on our order form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, email address, and billing address). If we have problems handling an order, this information will be used to contact the user

Invoices and Account Statements

We send regular emails to all customers containing invoices. These emails are part of the vOffice service, and users cannot refuse to receive them, but they can deactivate their account.

Service Announcements

On certain occasions, we feel the need to send service-related announcements. For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for repairs, we will send the user an email. Users generally cannot opt out of receiving these types of communications, but they can deactivate their accounts. If vOffice undergoes a business transition such as a merger, or acquisition by another company, or sells some of its assets, users' personal information will, in many cases, be part of the transferred assets. Data Protection and Retention

User Information

vOffice takes a variety of precautions to protect its users' information. When users provide sensitive information through vOffice websites, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and protected with the most advanced encryption software - SSL. When on a secure page, such as our paid order form, the padlock at the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer will be locked, unlike when the user is just 'surfing' on the internet.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take security measures to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not only the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing clerks or customer service representatives) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Correct, Update, Delete, Deactivate Personal Information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, telephone number, email address and postal address), or if a user no longer desires our services, we provide a way to correct, update or delete / deactivate personally identifiable information by contacting Customer Service at Flexi Phone System

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate, so that our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and how on what basis, if any, we disclose it.
