FAQ (Serviced Office)


The concept of the Serviced Office that we rent is in 1 (one) unit divided into several rooms Private Office with capacity for 3 - 6 people. If you need more capacity, you can rent several rooms according to needs and availability. Rental price is included facility such as furniture, electricity, wifi, meeting room, pantry, lounge, etc. For use meeting facilities room, pantry, lounge and receptionist will be shared with other tenants.

Prices vary depending on location and room capacity required.

Our serviced offices can be rented for daily, weekly, monthly or rental periods annual.

Payment can be made by monthly payment or full payment at the beginning in accordance with the contract period.

vOffice Center

Vehicle parking is not included in the facilities we provide. You can register membership monthly parking or every 3 (three) months in accordance with the provisions of Building Management every branch.

Building access cards can be obtained by paying the registration fee 1 (one) time at initial, valid as long as the tenant rents and can only register a maximum number of room capacities.

Our operational hours are Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00. You are allowed working until midnight 20.00, with the AC not operational. If you want to use AC, then you will charged overtime according to the provisions of each building.

Some of our locations can be accessed 24 hours, namely Kuningan Tower, Graha Surveyor, MyRepublic Plaza BSD, The Prominence Alam Sutera and Grand Slipi Tower. For AC use only valid on the day Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00.

Document requirements needed include: copies of company legality documents (Deed, SK, NPWP), Copy of KTP and NPWP of the person in charge of the company, Payment (deposit & rental), and activation form.
